Cancellation/ No Show Policy
I understand that unexpected things happen in everyone's life. 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling your massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule themselves for therapy.
If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged half of the amount of your treatment fee . It must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. If it is a gift certificate or package, the amount comes off of the package, or the certificate is considered services rendered.
After three no-shows or last minute cancelations full payment will be required before another appointment may be booked.
If you are a first-time client, please print this form, complete it, and bring it along to our first session.
